These Terms govern the telephone audio service (the "Service") operated by Velvet Line, mailing address coming soon. By pressing 1 to agree on a call, you accept these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher), legally permitted to access adult content, and the authorized holder of the card you use. Do not allow minors to use the Service.

The Service

Pre-recorded, fictional, adult-themed audio clips by telephone. There is no live interaction and no personal, escort, or in-person services.

Prices and payment

Each play costs $5.00 USD. The price is announced on every call before any charge, and every charge, including each replay, requires your keypress. There is no recurring billing. A payment token created for your call is used only for charges you approve during that call. Card data is captured by PCI-DSS compliant providers. Your carrier's call charges are separate.

Acceptable use

Do not record, copy, or redistribute content, use unauthorized cards, bypass the age or payment steps, or use the Service where it is illegal.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law permits, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 30 days before a claim.

Changes and law

We may update these Terms; the version in force at the time of your call applies. Governed by the laws of the US state in which Velvet Line is registered.

We collect your calling phone number, call times, and keypresses (to operate the Service and prove consent to charges), plus transaction IDs and limited card details from our processor (such as card type and last 4 digits) for billing, refunds, and fraud prevention. We never receive or store full card numbers or security codes: these are captured in our telephony provider's PCI mode, which redacts card digits. We do not record calls.

We share data only with our telephony, payment, and hosting providers, with card networks and banks for disputes, and with authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing calls or texts. We keep transaction and consent records for 7 years for legal and tax purposes. To make an access or deletion request, email [email protected]. We do not knowingly serve or collect data from minors.

Nothing to cancel: there are no subscriptions. You are charged only when you press a key to agree to an announced $5.00 play. Hang up or press 9 to stop at any time.

Full refunds (normally within 3–5 business days) are given for: a charge where the clip did not play or the call dropped during it; duplicate charges; unauthorized card use; and use by a minor (we also block the number and card). Plays that were delivered in full and agreed to by keypress are otherwise non-refundable, because the content is consumed immediately. We review goodwill requests case by case.

To request a refund, email [email protected] or call our support line (coming soon) with the date and time of the call, the number you called from, and the last 4 digits of your card. We reply within 24 hours. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank.

The Service is strictly for adults 18 or older. Every call begins with an adults-only notice and requires a keypress to confirm, and content plays only after a successful card payment. We block numbers and cards linked to suspected underage use. Parents can request a number block at [email protected].

All performers were 18 or older at the time of recording. Each performer's government photo ID, signed release, and consent are verified and kept on file by our Custodian of Records (address available on request). The content is fictional and complies with applicable law and Visa/Mastercard standards: it contains no minors, no non-consent, and no other prohibited material, and it does not imitate any real person's voice without written consent. To report content concerns, email [email protected]. We review reports within 24 hours.
